Memory Quilt Culminating Event

Greater Duval Neighborhood Association invites community members to the share out of Seniors on the Move Project. This group meets three times weekly to socialize and support each other emotionally and assist with adapting to aging in place. Seamstresses, storytellers, organizers, and historians came together to create a Quilt Making Story Circle, which produced a Community Quilt showcasing the stories that emerged from their collaboration.
